SouLink is a platform designed to streamline communication between patients and doctors, addressing key healthcare challenges. It offers innovative features like virtual body interaction, allowing patients to visually indicate symptoms, and clear, jargon-free language to improve understanding. The platform also provides easy access to medical reports, simplifying the healthcare process for patients.
The idea behind SouLink arose from the frustration of miscommunication in healthcare. Patients often struggle to explain their symptoms, and doctors face difficulties in diagnosing accurately. SouLink was developed to eliminate these barriers and enhance the overall healthcare experience.

By leveraging the 365 Ideation Experiment, we successfully developed an MVP and a targeted solution approach for SouLink. This process allowed us to continuously refine and innovate our features to effectively address the evolving needs of patients and doctors, thereby enhancing communication, efficiency, understanding, and accessibility in healthcare.

Based on insights from user research and our understanding of similar apps, we outlined features that could be effective solutions. We framed our solution around the Main intention of achieving these main Goals:

"I needed to make sure my solutions fit well with the brand, so they stand out enough to be noticed by users but still blend in."

Conclusion
The SouLink app design successfully addressed the usability issues, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. But there is still a room for changes and updates and iterations
